   Beloved Bethie,

   I have been admiring your site for a few months now and finally took the 2 minutes to create an account to login and respond to your postings.

   I have your blog on my toolbar so I can access it quickly on those days I am going – what the ****? and I wonder what Bethie has posted. So I visit you.

   I also visit you when I am not having a “what the ***” kind of day! When I just want to check in and see how you are doing too.

   Anyhoo, your posts brighten my day and this one especially encourages me to write to you to say THANK YOU for taking the time to put it up there – it’s truly lovely.

   My meditation these days has been to just try and breathe deeply for 10 conscious breathes without distraction – I often have to catch myself and start over! But when I do get to that 10, everything is different. I am in that wide open space.

   Sometimes I get so caught up in “trying” to be all these positive affirmations…distraction! But 10 breathes, I can do that and I can get there. I relax and come home.

   And maybe – someday! I will get there in ONE breathe. How wonderful to look forward to that!
